2. Data we process
Visiting the website. When you open this website, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system (server log files). This data is needed to deliver the website securely and is deleted after a short period.
Contact form, email and phone. When you contact us, we process the details you provide — for example your name, email address, phone number, type and date of your event, number of guests and your message — in order to answer your request, prepare a quote and organise your event.
Customers. If you book our services, we process the data needed to plan and carry out the event, invoice it and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data only to operate this website, answer enquiries, carry out contracts and fulfil legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider, which processes the data mentioned above on our behalf. The website, including its fonts and video, is delivered from our own server: no fonts or content are loaded from Google or other third-party servers when you visit it.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track your behaviour. WordPress only sets technically necessary cookies when someone logs in to the site administration.
6. Social media
We link to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms). These are simple links: no data is sent to these platforms until you click on them. Once you visit them, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website or carry out your event (for example hosting or email providers), and only to the extent necessary, or if we are legally required to do so. Some providers may be located outside Switzerland; in that case we ensure an adequate level of data protection.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted at the latest after 12 months. Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by Swiss law.
9. Your rights
You may at any time request information about the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing or ask for your data to be handed over, within the limits of the law. To do so, simply contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
11. Changes
We may update this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
